Requirements
- 10+ Years of Experience in marketing with a mastery of the conversion and activation stages of the customer journey in a high-growth environment
- Advanced Data Fluency and ability to architect data usage
- Commercial Mastery in scaling subscription engines and optimizing first-purchase behavior
- Technical Literacy in Braze or similar and ability to translate complex system data
- LTV & Retention Strategy expertise
- Leadership & Influence experience in cross-functional strategy and mentoring junior talent
- Optimization Rigor in building and executing multivariate testing roadmaps
- Data & CDP Optimization, Retail-to-DTC Expertise, High-Growth & Premium Brands experience (bonus qualifications)
