Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service employee to support our Customer Service team in Austria. You will provide telephone support and advice for customers, troubleshoot complaints, and maintain customer data in CRM and ERP systems. You will also participate in the preparation and implementation of sales and internal events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service/sales support
- Friendly, safe, and good communication skills
- Solid commercial education
- Very good German and English language skills
- Ideally experience with tools like SAP, CRM or Power BI
