As a Finance Business Partner for our site in Lummen, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth by combining financial expertise with digital transformation. You will lead initiatives that optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable value through automation and digitalization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and management accounting principles.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written).
- Proven interest and experience in digital transformation and automation tools (Copilot & Power Automate, Power BI is a plus).
