Job Description
We are looking for a Group Consumer Insights Manager to join our Headquarters team in Groot Bijgaarden, Belgium. As a key member of the Group Marketing Intelligence department, you will play a crucial role in shaping Puratos' strategic direction by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting consumer knowledge and insights.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in research, ideally in a market research, marketing or communication agency environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful insight strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to combine consumer insights with business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
