Job Description

As Group Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial performance of our organisation by providing insights, driving planning cycles, and supporting business decisions at HQ and across markets.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in controlling or a finance role with demonstrated growth
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complexity and simplify insights for diverse audiences
- Experience in process optimisation, digitalisation and strong affinity with tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Excel
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset
- Hands on, proactive and team oriented personality who enjoys problem solving and continuous improvement
