Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager Real Chocolate to drive the commercial expansion of the Real Chocolate product range across assigned regions. The successful candidate will shape and execute a targeted business development strategy, translate market insights into actionable growth plans, and take full ownership of the annual budget.
Requirements
- Master degree in Business or Marketing
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial development, product management, or strategic marketing in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Results-driven with ability to manage a full business cycle
- Stakeholder management and ability to build trust with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional partners
- Digital savvy, data-driven, curious, and proactive in using commercial tools and insights
- Passion for food and willingness to understand key technical aspects
- Fluent in English and other languages a plus
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
