Job Description
As Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in safeguarding the food safety and quality of our products throughout the entire production process. You will help maintain and continuously improve our Quality Assurance system, ensuring compliance with global standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent experience in Quality in a production environment (minimum 3 years)
- Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, including HACCP principles, risk assessments, contamination prevention, and food safety systems
- Hands-on experience with food industry certifications such as BRC, IFS, FSSC22000, Kosher, Halal, or customer-specific standards
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to take responsibility for critical quality decisions
- Ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders, from operators to management teams, with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an asset
- Organized, analytical, and structured, with a continuous improvement mindset
