Supply Chain Specialist

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in the global performance of the Supply Chain at the Saint-Vith site. You will coordinate flows, teams, and priorities to ensure high service levels while optimizing costs, stocks, and processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, engineering, logistics, or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of experience in industrial supply chain, with a good understanding of the entire chain (planning, procurement, warehouse).
• Experience in coordinating and managing employee and worker teams.
• Ability to mobilize, structure, and develop skills of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and ease with KPIs and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, and leadership skills.
• Continuous improvement orientation, initiative-taking.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch and/or German are assets.
