Clinical Assistant Professor of Higher Education

The Department of Educational Studies at Purdue University invites applications for a 9-month Clinical Assistant Professor of Higher Education position to begin no later than August 17, 2026. The successful candidate will teach courses, mentor PhD students, and contribute to service in the Higher Education program.

Requirements

• Hold a Ph.D. or Ed.D. with a concentration in higher education or related field
• A strong record or demonstrated potential of research productivity in peer-reviewed publications
• Previous teaching experience or the ability to teach courses in both the Ph.D. and Master’s programs
• Evidence of teaching excellence
• Strong methodological experience in one or more areas of inquiry
