The School of Languages and Cultures (SLC) in the College of Liberal Arts at Purdue University invites applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor of Teaching in Japanese.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Japanese Linguistics, Second Language Acquisition (with a focus on Japanese), or a closely related field, completed by the start date of the appointment.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and experience teaching various levels of Japanese language at the college level.
• Evidence of ability to contribute to program growth, curriculum innovation, and inclusive teaching practices.
