Financial Aid Administrator III, Scholarship

The Scholarship Administrator manages and awards unit and donor-funded scholarships, serving as the main point of contact for the academic unit's scholarship recommendation process. This role works closely with departments to ensure that recommendations are submitted on time in Slate (CRM), and regularly monitors COGNOS reports to identify any scholarship funds that have not been disbursed, following up as needed to resolve concerns. Additional duties include counseling students, parents, and university partners on financial aid eligibility for federal, state, institutional, and private programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
• Ability to balance interruptions, perform multiple and varied tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong writing, customer service, and communication skills and attention to detail
