Maintenance Mechanic- Operations & Maintenance

Join Purdue University Fort Wayne as a Maintenance Mechanic- Operations & Maintenance. Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment, including responding to daily work orders and performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of general building maintenance experience
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push and pull 25 to 50 pounds frequently, up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work at various heights on ladder, bucket trucks, etc.
