Program Coordinator of Academic Success

Purdue University is seeking a Program Coordinator of Academic Success to support students and their academic goals in the Helen Bass Williams Academic Success Center team. The position is responsible for programmatic areas, providing opportunities for students to enhance their academic success strategies and skills, and working with the ASC team on general responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Two (2) years of experience in areas of advising, teaching, academic/success coaching and/or other forms of academic assistance, student support, and/or program development
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn online systems and software (EAB Navigate/BoilerConnect; Qualtrics; Microsoft Office; Cascade, etc.)
• Ability to facilitate student learning in individual, small group, classroom, and virtual settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of team
• Demonstrated understanding of and ability to work with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds and identities
