Business Analyst

Join Purdys Chocolatier as a Business Analyst and contribute to the company's success by analyzing business processes and delivering technology solutions. The role focuses on analysis, configuration, validation, and integration activities across enterprise applications. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors to clarify requirements, evaluate solution options, support testing, and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment
• Exposure to systems such as ERP, WMS, POS, production, or eCommerce solutions
• Experience with INFOR CSI/Syteline or similar ERP systems is an asset
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid development methodologies
• Working knowledge of SaaS platforms and vendor-supported solutions
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications
• Experience contributing to end-to-end validation, including test planning and execution
