HR Compliance Lead

Award-winning Hampshire based business consultancy seeking an experienced HR Compliance Lead to take ownership of HR documentation and policy offering, supporting internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally within a corporate or larger organisation
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting detailed documentation
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across clients
• Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware
