Requirements
- 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally within a corporate or larger organisation
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting detailed documentation
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across clients
- Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware
