General Adjuster - Boston

We are seeking a General Adjuster with a passion for customer service and a proven record of success. The position entails handling claims in a quality manner, delivering excellent customer service, and representing the company in interactions with members, agents, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in prior P&C claims
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• State adjuster licenses and CE credits must be maintained as required by state regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Strong relationship management and customer services skills
• Ability to inspect and assess properties
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail, analytical and solid problem solving skills
• Agile learner who can quickly absorb information and apply it to current business situations
• Professional insurance designations (e.g., AIC, CPCU) or active pursuit of such designations are a plus
