Job Description
The Underwriting Manager is a key member of the underwriting team responsible for profitably growing a book of business, leading a small team of underwriters, and working with colleagues throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of HNW underwriting experience
- Team leader/management experience strongly preferred
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Integrity, leadership skills, enthusiasm, trust, and credibility
- Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
