Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in personal lines property & casualty insurance
- Meaningful leadership responsibility
- Experience serving the high net worth market strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth through distribution and relationship-based sales models
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and align teams across multiple functions and geographies
- Strong strategic orientation, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with executive presence and credibility in external settings
- Ability to build trust quickly with brokers, partners, colleagues, and senior leaders
- Analytical, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
- Agile learner with the ability to navigate complexity and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree required
