Job Description
The Vice President, State Product Management is a senior leader within the Product organization, responsible for defining and leading state-level portfolio strategy, owning end-to-end performance of assigned state portfolios, and translating national product direction into state-specific action plans.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Demonstrated experience owning and managing P&L performance
- Strong understanding of multi-state regulatory environments
- Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable performance outcomes
