Brand Protection Trademark Paralegal

We're seeking a proactive Brand Protection Paralegal to manage trademark portfolio and act as a partner with our Marketing and Sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our legal team's daily presence with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a trademark and brand protection paralegal.
• Experience preparing USPTO Trademark filings, including initial filings, responses to office actions, letters of protest, and oppositions at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
• Experience with managing trademark docketing for large companies.
• Prior understanding the role of trademark and brand protection in the B2B / B2E and services marketplace is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Madrid Protocol and national trademark filing strategies
• Familiarity with trademark search strategies and elementary risk assessments
• Familiarity with marketing collateral review consistent with FTC Endorsement Guides and technology industry substantial standards
