Employee Engagement Manager

As the Employee Engagement Manager for AMER, you will champion Everpure’s culture by supporting the design of regional experiences that reinforce our culture and values. You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, partnering with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to build a community where every employee can thrive.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and events from concept to completion, with a focus on high-quality delivery and creative problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills used to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly articulate employee experience insights to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in interpreting feedback and engagement metrics to measure program success and identify areas for strategic improvement.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage vendor partnerships, and maintain flexibility during peak planning periods to ensure successful event delivery.
