As an Engineering Manager in the DX Enterprise Features organization, you will lead the teams powering central authentication and identity capabilities for the Pure1 Platform. By bridging the gap between complex security requirements and intuitive user experiences, your mission is to ensure every interaction with Pure1 is seamless, secure, and built for global scale.

Requirements

• Engineering Leadership: Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams through the entire SDLC, with a focus on shipping high-impact products and retaining top-tier engineering talent
• Software Delivery & SDLC: Technical background in software development—specifically back-end and cloud services—with the ability to manage products from initial concept through delivery while incorporating customer feedback
• Strategic Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals while managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and complex timelines
