Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales process workflows, including opportunity stages, quote-to-order, and data dependencies
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC)—particularly Opportunity and Quote objects
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with data dashboards or ticket trend reporting is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and teams
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira preferred
- Highly organized, self-starter mindset, and strong ownership of responsibilities
