Senior Legal Counsel (IP Prosecution and Litigation)

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (IP Prosecution and Litigation) to serve as a strategic partner to our engineering and executive teams, providing high-level guidance on patent strategy and the end-to-end litigation lifecycle.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to a U.S. state bar organization for the jurisdiction where the candidate is working and in good standing
• Registered and in good standing to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• 12+ years of legal experience in patent strategy and patent management in-house at technology companies and/or at major law firms
• Prior experience in Computer Sciences, Compute Engineering, Software, Information Systems or related field is preferred
• Comfortable and effective in presenting complex information to senior executives including Engineering / Marketing Management and Field GTM / Sales teams
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and risk assessment abilities
