We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Technology Solutions group. In this position, you will play an essential role interacting with our field solutions engineering teams and customers, as well as our internal engineering teams, to develop and maintain innovative solutions for the AdTech, Media and Telecom industries.
Requirements
- Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, with a focus on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.
- Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking—particularly with offshore teams in varied time zones.
- Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks in Trello or Jira.
- Maintain up-to-date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals.
- Monitor sprint performance and velocity and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.
- Work closely with the client’s development team to align on timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies, ensuring joint execution stays on track.
- Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to internal leadership.
- Shape and evolve our internal engineering practices to promote flow, collaboration and velocity.
