We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Copywriter who can bridge the gap between data and creativity. You'll develop ad concepts, write high-converting scripts for video ads, craft compelling static ad copy, and create briefs that bring ideas to life across Meta and TikTok.
Requirements
- 3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting within DTC e-commerce, an agency, or as a freelancer
- Proven track record creating high-performing paid social ads for Meta and TikTok
- Strong understanding of direct response copywriting principles and consumer psychology
- Experience writing for health, wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a significant plus
- Ability to adapt your voice across different audience segments and product categories
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Sharp eye for what's working in the DTC space, you're constantly saving ads and studying hooks
- Excellent written communication skills, fluent in English
