Job Description
Center Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient is seeking a physician and medical leader to provide care to seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases. The organization is mission-driven, focused on affordable VIP care and seeks to honor seniors. They offer remote work options, a small patient panel, and a supportive team environment. This is a fully remote position with 7:30am-5:00pm clinic hours.
Requirements
- Board Certified in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- Clear/Active Medical License in state of employment
- Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience preferred
