Job Description
Center Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient seeks a Board Certified MD or DO to provide primary care in a team-oriented setting. The organization focuses on transforming care for the elderly, delivering affordable VIP care. The role involves managing clinical leadership and overseeing a small patient panel, offering value-based care and supportive resources.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Clear/Active Medical License
- Active DEA license
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a Geriatric Outpatient or Family Practice Outpatient setting
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing Primary Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
- Experience in Value Based Care preferred
