Requirements
- Board Certified in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience leading NPs, PAs, and/or MDs
