Job Description
This physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization is seeking a Center Medical Director to lead their outpatient primary care clinic. The role involves managing a small patient panel of seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases, providing value-based care, and developing leadership pathways within the organization. Compensation includes a base salary and potential bonus.
Requirements
- Board Certified in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient geriatric or family practice
- Leadership experience with NPs, PAs, and MDs
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
