Requirements
- Board Certified in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Clear/Active Medical License in state of employment
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric/family practice setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel
- Ability to manage PCP's and NP's
