Primary Care Physician

Our Primary Care Physician provides equitable and effective value-based healthcare to local Medicare patient populations at our innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers. Compensation includes a base salary of $220-$250K and an incentive bonus up to $50K, with a total OTE of $300K+. The role requires a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) with a graduate degree in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and board certification.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Graduate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board Certification
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
• No Residents Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred, not required)
