Job Description
Purple Land Management is seeking a proactive Land Acquisition Agent who excels at building relationships, persuading, and closing deals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and enjoys frequent interaction to drive negotiations. This role involves negotiating leases with landowners to prepare for oil and natural gas production, researching county records, and managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in acquisitions and negotiations
- Ability to meet specific deadlines, daily and weekly
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management and clients (in writing and verbally)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Word
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States.
