Analyst Business Operations

Purpose Financial is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to enhance operational performance through research, data analysis and strategy implementation. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize the customer journey across onboarding, support, servicing, and retention. The ideal candidate balances short-term process improvements with long-term strategic initiatives while adapting to changing business needs. Requirements

• Support data-driven decision making by analyzing trends, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Implement strategic improvements that enhance customer experience across the lifecycle while monitoring KPIs to measure impact
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards that provide critical insights for portfolio monitoring and operational excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, data science, and operations teams to execute business initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating bottlenecks and balancing business needs with technical constraints
• Execute ad hoc analyses with analytical rigor to support business operations and drive bottom-line results
