Executive Assistant

Purpose Financial, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive-level and administrative support to the leaders of the Legal and Compliance, Human Resources, and Finance departments. The position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptability, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Submit accurate and timely expense reports
• Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare correspondence and resolve requests and inquiries
• Facilitate group meetings and perform clerical duties
• Manage and maintain records, process forms, and provide data-entry support
