The Manager, Payment Services will oversee key payment processes, drive operational efficiency, and lead a team in the payments donor management platform. This position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the payments industry and experience in managing people, risk, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in payments or FinTech roles
- A minimum of 3 years managing people
- Demonstrated experience and domain expertise in SaaS Embedded Payments or financial technology (FinTech) environment
- Payment Processing, Risk and Compliance certifications such as ETA CPP, CPFPP, ACAMS, APRP and are highly desirable
- Deep experience in the payments industry with a focus on card and ACH payments as well as digital wallets
- Proven expertise in risk and governance management, particularly in financial services or payments
- Confidence working with technology and data systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- A proactive executor with a bias to action, working autonomously and with our internal and external partners to jump into the details and problem solve
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-changing environment
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire confidence, address performance issues, and raise the bar
- Strong grasp of data analysis and reporting tools with experience translating findings into actionable business recommendations
- Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage parallel tasks effectively
