Resident Services Specialist

The Puyallup Tribe of Indians is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to implement Admissions and Occupancy policies, provide training and counseling to residents, and maintain a working knowledge of Tribal Code regulations and Housing Department policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and at least one year progressively responsible experience in office, management or social services work
• Associate's degree from two-year college or technical school and at least four years experience
• Intermediate computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to identify, read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
