We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their first moments with Puzzle, translating accounting concepts into plain language and ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and empathetically
