Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Full Time Supervisor to lead the team at Bicester Village Outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service, sales, and profit. They will also be expected to motivate the team to achieve sales targets, while providing an exemplary store experience for customers. The Supervisor will play a key role in achieving the company's standards and goals, and will be responsible for managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions, as well as business processes and results for the store.

Requirements

• Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
• Previous people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
