Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to use AI tools and other digital solutions
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Upper-intermediate or advanced Lithuanian and English language skills
