Commercial Lawyer

In-house Commercial Technology lawyer for PwC in London, supporting the growth of UK business in consulting, technology, and managed services.

Requirements

• At least 6 years' PQE (or equivalent) in a commercial team
• Broad experience of advising on technology contracts and/or managed service, outsourcing and other commercial and IT related (software licences and SaaS) contracts
• Strong drafting skills
• Ability to handle complex negotiations using sound judgment to ensure that the firm's best interests are served
• Ability to appreciate the wider reputational, commercial and business aspects of each deal
• Ability to adapt and to be open minded and innovative
• Sound judgment and well developed influencing skills, together with the confidence to work with senior management across the business
• An ability to build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to the business
