Deals, Infrastructure Finance Manager

PwC Middle East Infrastructure Finance team is seeking a Deals, Infrastructure Finance Manager to join their global network. The role involves working on projects across various sectors, including power and utilities, renewables, and transportation. The Manager will gain experience in infrastructure planning, strategy, and project finance, while also supporting client relationships and business development activities.

Requirements

• Completion of a University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related discipline
• MBA or a professional designation such as CFA or CPA is an asset
• Solid financial and general excel modeling skills
• 7-10 years of industry experience (Natural Resources, Transportation, and/or Power & Utilities)
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Arabic
• Experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and their financing structures
• Experience in procurement models (traditional, alternative, innovative)
• Experience in managing procurement documents (RFQ, RFP, and Project Agreements)
