Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Consultant to join our team, focusing on solving complex business issues from strategy to execution within the power distribution sector.
Requirements
- Engage in business development activities and foster strong client relationships
- Provide advisory services and consultative expertise to clients
- Manage projects efficiently, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and timelines
- Design and implement solution architecture for AMI and HES integration projects
- Supervise the implementation of HES, including process design, creation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Utilize knowledge of AMI-based integration to customize solutions for clients' specific needs
- Delegate tasks to team members while offering coaching to enhance their performance and deliver results
- Apply critical thinking to bring structure to complex problems and create actionable solutions
