Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst with strong Workday expertise, you will join our dynamic team to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless Workday integrations and system enhancements. You will work closely with developers and Workday consultants to design, develop, and optimize Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and other tools.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday integrations and enhancements
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams to guide technical teams
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for Workday optimization and process improvements
- Work closely with developers and Workday consultants to design, develop, and optimize Workday integrations
- Support the implementation and management of Workday API integrations
- Conduct data mapping, validation, and transformation to support business needs and ensure seamless integration
- Analyze Workday security, business processes, and reporting configurations, ensuring compliance with governance standards
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Workday enhancements in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and validation
- Assist in Workday change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and updates
- Ensure Workday integrations adhere to security, privacy, and compliance regulations
- Conduct technical data analysis and troubleshooting for middleware and integration issues
- Stay updated on Workday’s evolving integration capabilities
