Intern - Tax - International Assignment Services (FY26)

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. You will assist in coordinating international employee assignments, including managing work permits, visas, and compliance documentation, and support the calculation and analysis of expatriate compensation and benefits in accordance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong interest in international mobility, global assignments, and cross-cultural work environments.
• Basic understanding of international assignment processes, expatriate compensation, and tax/social security regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
