Job Description
As a Senior Manager in our Merger and Acquisition Tax practice, you will help clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever-changing tax specialties. You will advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
- Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study
