As a Salesforce Developer (Associate), you'll be part of a collaborative team solving complex business challenges through technology, designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable impact for our clients.

Requirements

• Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, OmniStudio, and FS Cloud.
• Translate user stories into technical solutions within Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with Functional Leads, Developer Leads, and Technical Architects to ensure clarity of requirements and solution design.
• Support release cycles by deploying new features and enhancements.
• Conduct testing to ensure application stability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Raise critical design changes or challenges to the Technical Architect.
• Share feedback constructively and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Stay updated on Salesforce developments and industry best practices.
