PwC Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fresh graduate: Up to 12 months of experience in a business analysis role or relevant internship experience
- Experience hire: 2 - 6 years of experience in business analysis role or relevant experience related with Salesforce
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator) are a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
