Job Description
Become a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Associate at PwC Advisory and be at the center of unique growth perspectives. Work on challenging business transformation projects for top players in Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Telco & Media. Develop responsive email templates in HTML and manage campaigns on various channels.
Requirements
- Develop template email responsive in HTML and all'occorrenza campagne su altri canali
- Recepire e modificare le creativitĂ per la localizzazione delle campagne
- Gestire il database del cliente creando target e automation attraverso le piattaforme d'invio
- Comporre Customer Journey per l'invio di email, SMS, MMS, push notification e altre tipologie di messaggi
- Inviare i test delle campagne e gestire i feedback del cliente
- Inviare e schedulare le campagne destinate ai differenti target su base quotidiana/settimanale
- Verificare, monitorare e analizzare i KPI delle campagne inviate
- Interfacciarsi direttamente con il cliente e/o con il proprio manager di riferimento
