Requirements
- Accountable and responsible for the execution of Operational Excellence initiatives for clients
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize the program
- Communicate key insights and findings to project team
- Accountable for identifying process optimization opportunities and aligning priorities with regional / local stakeholders of the client
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
- Building, developing and maintaining the relationship with client stakeholders (from senior management to staff on the ground)
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
